You can change your subscription at any time, simply and easily.All you need to do is:
Log in to your account
1. Click on ‘Manage subscriptions’
2. Select from
- - Delivery schedule
- - Skip - to skip this delivery and then continue on your previous schedule
- - Edit – Change next charge date
3. You can also:
- - Change product quantity
- - Change delivery schedule(every # of days or months)
- - Update payment information
Subscriptions
This will show you what subscriptions you have in place. As well as quantity, price,
frequency, next charge date. And buttons to Edit (as above) or Cancel. If the order has a ‘next charge date’ then it is active and will re-order on that date.
You can reactivate previously cancelled subscriptions here.
And add a new subscription product.
Billing Information
This screen is where you can check which card you have on file and the billing address. You can edit your billing address here, however, this is not your mailing address.

This is a list of your previous orders, including the order number and the amount. You can click on the order # to see exactly what you ordered.
