Adults take a maximum of 2 capsules per day, with a meal, or as directed by your health care professional.

- Add 1 scoop (15 g) to 300 mL of your hot or cold drink of choice.
- Stir for 15–30 seconds, let sit for 2 minutes, then stir again if needed.
- Use once daily.

- Contains soya bean products and phenylalanine.
- Do not use if seal is broken or missing.
- Store below 25°C.
- Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
- WARNING: When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
- If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
- The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
- Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.
- This medicine contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
- Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.
