WARNING - When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms of selenium for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.

I used to get the chew multivitamins but, every time I took them my scalp would itch. I stopped taking them and the itch would go. Probably because of an ingredient in the tablets that I had a reaction to. I’m now trying the capsules because these multivitamins are really good and, hopefully I don’t have a reaction to them.
