Unfortunately the taste of this magnesium powder has made it difficult for me to take so I have gone back to a tablet. I was mixing the powder with water and the packaging does say to try juice but I can’t drink juice as I am diabetic. It has a very metallic taste and leaves a strange aftertaste.
