1. Add 20g of the dry blend to 600 ml of chilled water in a clean shaker.

2. Shake well until any visible particles dissolve (approx. 30 sec - 1 minute).

3. Drink immediately and enjoy!

Once mixed, place any unconsumed portion in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

Absolutely love this BN Protein Water - the berry flavour seriously delicious and thirst quenching.
I combine half a scoop of this to one litre of water and a scoop of the tasteless protein and consume throughout the day.
This product is superior to others on the market - it's a great flavour, consistency, it dissolves fully in water and provides a good level of protein supplementation to that of my normal food intake each day.
I am now reaching the prescribed protein levels each day.

Delicious protein boost!

I've used the Berry Bliss and Lemonade flavoured powders and they are both excellent. Compared with other brands, the flavours are delicious and there's no funky weirdness to the taste, just fresh flavour. They have a good protein level, about 20g per serve which really helps achieve daily protein intake levels without unnecessary calories. A refreshing protein boost!
