  • Hassle-free portion control
  • Easy to see illustrations and text to guide your food choices for protein, carbohydrates, vegetables and healthy fats
  • Top-rack dishwasher safe

Portion Control Bowl features:

  • No need to weigh or measure your foods
  • Easy to see food choices

  • Hand washing is your best bet for cleaning your porcelain set.
  • Bleach and chemical cleaners should be avoided when cleaning your porcelain set to prevent damage.
  • You can remove stains, dirt, and marks by dampening a soft sponge, sprinkling some baking soda on the stain, and gently scrubbing the area to remove the stains, dirt, and marks.
  • Remember that you should not use a toothbrush or anything too abrasive to clean your porcelain tableware.
