To be a food prep master you need a PLAN.

Collect a range of recipes for meals and snacks you’d like to enjoy throughout the next week.

Tips for Healthy Meal Planning

1. Write the name of the meal you’ll be having for Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner each day of the week (be repetitive if you want - it's not an offense to eat the same breakfast one week at a time!)

2. Make a list of all of the ingredients you’ll need on our BN weekly meal planner to make each of the meals.

3. Add anything else you need, like fruit and vegetables, or household items to your list.

4. Once you have all your goodies, Cook your meals all at once, or prepare as much as you can ahead of time to take the load off during the week.

Divide all meals and snacks into GRAB AND GO portions and either freeze what you can or store in the fridge in suitable containers.
