First coat the bananas with peanut butter, then cover them with melted chocolate and sprinkle them with the above named toppings. Let the chocolate harden for a couple of minutes, this will take about 5-10 minutes depending on how warm it is in your kitchen.
On really warm days, put them in the freezer for a few minutes. To avoid chocolatey fingers, I stuck toothpicks in both ends of the bananas, so it’s easier to hold them while you cover them with chocolate. Then cut them into bite-sized sushi pieces with a sharp knife and you’re done
