1. What made you decide to have wls surgery?
To watch my children grow up, and gain control of my life
2. What was your weight prior to your WLS, and... What’s the goal?
170kg...under 100kg and stay under 100kg
3. Did you get to the weight you wanted?
Yes. 80kg
4. How do you feel now that you have had the surgery?
Fantastic
5. Were there any problems along the way?
Many many hurdles
6. Would you do it again now that you know what you know?
Absolutely
7. What are some of the inspiring things you can think of that you have noticed along the way?
The restrictions i no longer have in my every day life mentally, physically and emotionally.
8. Did you have some happy unexpected surprises?
Yes..trying on clothes and finding out the clothes size is one you've never seen before🤣
9. What advice do you have for anyone preparing for surgery?
Be patient with your self and trust the process.
10. What is the one very best thing that has resulted from your surgery? What has been the hardest part of your journey?
The best thing is my fitness, the hardest part has been my health complications.
