Protein Bliss Balls

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 scoops Feel Good Tasteless Collagen Protein
  • 3/4 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 cup dates
  • 4 tbsp goji berries
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Shredded coconut (optional topping)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend the dry ingredients, ensuring the dates are finely integrated.
  2. The mixture will look like a cake mix when ready.
  3. Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl and mix in honey and tahini until a solid past eventuates.
  4. Roll into ball-shaped portions ready for an in-between meal snack with antioxidants and protein.
