- The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 mcg retinol equivalent for women and 900 mcg retinol equivalents for men.
- If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
- When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms of retinol equivalents Vitamin A can cause birth defects.
- Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
- Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.
- Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
- The product contains soy/soybean and phenylalanine.

BN Caps are calcium-free; after WLS, your calcium needs range between 1300-2500mg daily by taking 2-5 BN Cal daily. Therefore you will need to take BN Cal to maintain strong bones and support your immune, brain and nervous system.
If you have trouble swallowing capsules, you’re not alone - you can split the capsule in half and mix the powder form into your food or drink.

BN Fudge - Calcium Soft Chews
Calcium soft chews YUM!
I buy all 3 flavours and mix them up in the jars. This gives me 3 different flavours across the day. ( as my nutritionist has recommended this dosage for me.)
I look forward to enjoying my soft chews, it's like indulging in a beautiful lolly without the sugars!
