  1. Add 20g of the dry blend to 600ml of chilled water in a clean shaker.
  2. Shake well until any visbile particles dissolve (approx. 30 sec - 1 minute).
  3. Drink immediately and enjoy!

Lemon lime is delicious. Not too sweet. Not too sour. Have come back to order 2x more packets. No floating debris in the water (which I got with the non collagen water supplement here). Definitely helping make every bottle of water count while on GLP1 meds. Have been adding electrolytes to bottles too.
SUGGESTION FOR BN - Star downgraded to 4 because of the following. Please make the scoop in the bag easy to pour directly into regular plastic water bottles that I reuse. My bench gets covered in sticky powder every single time. I've resorted to buying a small funnel but it just adds to the clutter on the tiny bench. Thanks .

I struggle with protein intake, but I tolerated the BN Collagen Protein Water well. I do find it overly sweet, so normally only use 2/3 of the recommended portion per 600ml of water. It dissolves well and does not clump

This is the best protein water! No gritty feel or artificial taste. Makes getting the required fluid intake much easier and you get to boost your protein intake at the same time. I haven't found anything else that even comes close!

I really wanted this to be good but it doesn’t live up to the hype. I thought I’d try this product as it is a little cheaper than my usual brand and I like their supplements however it clumps together and doesn’t dissolve making it hard to drink with half the benefits at the bottom of the glass
