Frequently Asked Questions

Our Qualified Nutritionists are here to help you make the best choice when it comes to you and your health.

Collagen is the most abundant protein in our body and is essentially the glue that holds us together. Collagen is responsible for providing structure and strength in our connective tissues. Connective tissues include tendons, ligaments, bones and cartilage.

Protein water provides high-quality protein and amino acids from four different sources. When we digest protein into our body, it builds vital proteins through muscle tissues, collagen and connective tissue, biological enzymes and hormones.

Feel Good Collagen Protein Water comes in four fruity flavours:

  • Lemon Lime
  • Fresh Lemonade
  • Wild Raspberry
  • Passionfruit

The sweetness can be adjusted by simply adding more or less water to your water bottle. The more water you add, the less flavour you’ll have.

Pure Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC) and Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) are dairy protein powders. Both are the best source of protein for building muscles and recovery. They are considered 'milky' and may not be suited for those intolerant of dairy products.

Protein water is from four different protein sources: WPI, collagen, BCAA and L-Glutamine to provide a clean, refreshing, and non-dairy high protein water drink.

No, we advised you not to use any protein water as a meal replacement as protein water are not designed and does not provide the nutritional needs for a meal replacement.
