I read all the great reviews and bought two big packs of meal replacement shakes, one strawberry and one chocolate. I tried the chocolate one first and yuck!! I tried strawberry next with high hopes and it was even worse! So now I am drinking the chocolate ones because theyre the better of the two but I have to hold my breath and gulp them down. Would not recommend, will not be buying again. The only reason I haven't put one star is because the protein amount in them is the best that I have seen.

I chose this as it had a great nutrition profile, it was also the highest protein vlcd that I could find. The texture is good, not funky at all and once it is shaken it goes thick making you feel like you're not just drinking at meal time.
Strawberry is delicious, not as artificial as the vanilla. Much better than optifast, optislim and the lady shake!

I think this shake is the best on the market . I have tried at least 5 other brands over the years and I will never change again. This shake is delicious but best of all, it does what the advertising describes. It tastes great, it keeps hunger pains away for a long period , laxation continues thank god. I am a Coeliac so my gut can be rumbly but I have no stomach issues taking this.
I have successfully reduced 12 kgs in 12 weeks so its working for me. I will continue taking this shake as a protein choice for my meal planning ongoing after I reach my goal weight.
